This really, really offends me.

Whether or not God does or does not exist, we need to be worrying.

Either way, the collapse of the world economy is a human problem that was caused by human failings and needs solutions from human minds that can be carried out by human hands.

To believe that the Big Daddy In The Sky will save us all from our financial stupidity is ignorant, irresponsible, infantile, and above all, insulting to God (should one exist).

No kidding. I DON'T know exactly what are the best solutions are to helping the economy out, but it's not a crime to actually try, instead of hailing down "IT WON'T WORK" to every policy coming out of the White House.

Ugh. Every year I get older, the dumber other people seem to me. Especially people that are more that five years my junior. (And politicians, goddamn them.)

I'd like to grow up to be an elderly person who is calm and in control and patient with others, but it seems that I am well on the path to being the kind that beats people with her purse, or stands on her lawn shaking her cane while screaming, "DAMN KIDS!"


*sighs* My goddamn state representative emphatically DOES NOT WANT universal health care and thinks that the whole thing is a scheme to make Democrats the "good guys" who will forever be remembered and elected for giving everyone the ability to see a doctor.
