This is an nonpartisan election protection organization, and they're offering assistance via Twitter and hotlines available in both English and Spanish-- 1-866-OUR-VOTE and 1-888-Ve-Y-Vota-- to anyone and everyone who might have problems tomorrow at the polls.
If you experience problems at the polls on Election Day (such as long lines, voter intimidation, suspicious behavior, machine malfunctions, registration errors, etc.), REPORT IT!
I'm plugging that number into my phone for tomorrow...just in case. I hope I don't have to use it. But I'm taking it in case.
This isn't the time to ignore malfunctions, turn away, succumb to apathy and cynicism, say that it's not your problem.
This is affecting all of us.
Democracy for the people, by the people...and that only works if the people stand up and be counted!
