All of my Belief.net horoscopes are strange! Here's today's:
You may be feeling a little less spacey now, although you Pisces have the most active imaginations in the zodiac -- so active that it can be difficult to separate the facts from the illusions. Your advanced training at the Starfleet Academy hasn't prepared you for this scenario. You know that your intuition is usually good and you've learned to trust it. But you also respect the facts. Now, you are off in a distant galaxy and there's no one around who can tell you what to do. Your gut is saying one thing and the data is telling you something else. Which will you believe?
Mind you, I'm not saying that it's innaccurate or wrong... just that it's weird.
While sitting around listening to lots of Stuart Davis, I had the sudden, disturbing thought that if I were ever to write Alucard/Anderson slash, I would need to use some lines from "Savoring Samsara."
"There's a million ways of licking honey off of razors,
But some sugar hides its price, and every lick's another life"
Yep. Sick-O brain. I hate it sometimes.
I want to take a nap... but I should work on my capstone. Mmm...nap.

I deserve it.
It's OK.
...
But no worries; I would *never* actually write such a thing. Never.
(Somewhat surprisingly, however, the genre itself (though small) is incredibly good for slash fanfiction. I have a theory which states that the more impossible the pairing, the better the fiction will be. This seems to be in effect here.
Or at least I should say that most A/A is better written that Anderson/Ceres... now there's a scary pairing! I'm tempted to write one of those just to make fun of everyone else who has, but I actually like Ceres and don't actually want to let Anderson turn her into a pin cushion (which he would; we all know he would). Besides, her chaperon would annoy the bejesus out of poor Anderson-- in every way imaginable. ^_^)
This is for you.
