I was angry about it about an hour ago.

And then I decided that being pissed off and regretful and self-loathing was no way to spend my day off.

So I decided to make lunch instead.

I baked corn muffins and sliced up watermelon and pineapple, hand-made something like Italian dressing for meatless pasta salad, and am thawing chicken to be barbequed.

Fuck you, reality. I'm having a picnic.
