Haha, I think you'd get arrested for protesting something/being at a rally of some sort. Kind of like those poor guys who got arrested (or beat up--something like that) when they shouldn't have when they were were protesting proposition 8. ~_~

Considering that we Americans (supposedly) have a Constitutional right to assemble peaceably and petition the government for a redress of grievances, damn right I'd be in that mix knocking some heads.

I don't understand; we have these rights: they ARE Constitutional; they are right at the beginning of the Bill of Rights; they are part of one of the most well-known segment of American political documents...and yet protesters are still being assaulted and arrested.
