Yeah. I found it when I did some research. Seems there's this DOOM AND DESPAIR OF FANDOM meme going around predicting how LJ is under pressure from Powers That Be to delete any and all fannish journals and we all need to go underground because *gasp* that's the real reason for all these problems the last few days. It's a conspiracy! OHNOES.
::headdesk:: So *supposedly* LJ is faking errors and skulking around to delete and purge journals on the sly under pressure from all the creators in the world, pretty much. Major HP and comicfic porn/slash/whatever type fic comms are still running strong and steady, same with SPN, what have you. I was calling bullshit and digging up evidence to prove it, because the meme involved keeping it very quiet and away from non-fandom eyes lest someone blow the whistle that we're "wise to them" and no links, whathaveyou.
